About Michael Steiner
Michael Steiner is the founder of The Golf Collection Network, a curated platform connecting golfers with exceptional hotels near some of the world's most compelling courses.
A longtime executive in the travel and hospitality industry, Michael was a Partner at Ovation Travel Group, where he held senior leadership roles across sales, general management, technology, and hotel marketing for luxury properties. He later served as Executive Vice President at American Express Global Business Travel following Ovation's successful transaction with AmexGBT. He currently advises as a Managing Director at the investment bank Cambridge Wilkinson.
A passionate golfer himself, Michael is a member of several golf clubs and has traveled extensively to play the game. His deep experience in travel, hotel marketing, and strategic partnerships is the foundation of GCN's mission: helping hotels attract high-value golf travelers through
distinctive, experience-driven branding.
